Use process rounding to get to know your employees

King County Finance and Business Operations Division Director, Ken Guy, talks about how he started using process roundings as a way to get to know his employees in their implementation of standard work. Before this practice, he says he stayed in his office and allowed any issues to come to him. Because of the implementation of process roundings, he has been able to build a trust foundation within the division that has helped and encouraged their lean journey.
