Treat others with dignity and respect

Today's Tip: Within your team, brainstorm what dignity and respect look like. Make sure that these behaviors are well-articulated and understood by everyone on the team so they can serve as agreed upon team norms.

Food for Thought: When employees feel trusted and listened to by their leaders, they also feel valued and respected. In turn, they are more committed and engaged.
