INSPIRE A SHARED VISION: Show others how their long-term interests can be realized by enlisting in a common vision
Today’s Tip: In your next meeting, discuss the vision for your team. Share your view of the current state and your vision for the future state. Ask team members to share their ideas so the vision becomes a shared vision for the team. Follow up by asking each team member to describe the role they see themselves playing in support of the shared vision.
